SNP GENOTYPING  
Illumina has developed a range of products and services for high-quality, cost-effective genotyping. From whole-genome genotyping to more focused studies using standard or custom SNP panels, there is an Illumina genotyping solution to meet your needs. You can choose to use illumina's Fast-Track Genotyping Services or purchase your own BeadStation or BeadLab system to perform your own studies. Illumina offer whole-genome content, focused content, and broad flexibility for custom SNP content from 96- to 1536-plex. Content can be deployed on multi-sample Sentrix® BeadChips or the 96-sample Sentrix Array Matrix. This convenience and economy of Illumina’s unique multi-sample approach is supported by two powerful assay protocols: the Infinium™ Assay and the GoldenGate® Assay.
