d) Nucleic Acid Purification kits

• Plant genomic DNA isolation kit: The kit does not require the use of column and is completely free of hazardous buffer chemicals/chemistry, like CTAB, etc, and does not use phenol/chloroform steps either. • Mycobacterium Genomic DNA isolation kit: This innovative kit has been developed to isolate Mycobacterium tuberculosis genomic DNA. It is well documented that mycobacterium genomic DNA isolation is difficult due to presence of interfering factors like tough cell wall, etc.
