Quality control is involved in all decisions concerning the quality of the product along with laboratory operations including analytical and characterization assays like ;

a) SDS-PAGE,
b) Western Blotting,
c) Analytical HPLC,
d) Activity Testing (Protein Specific),
e) Residual DNA analysis
f) Protein Estimation by Bradford method, and
g) Endotoxin testing through Gel-Clot method (LAL’s Test)
h) DLS (Dynamic Light Scattering)
i) CD Spectra

All necessary controls are conducted on starting materials, intermediate and finished products, ensuring quality is steady from beginning to the finished products. All starting and packaging material are inspected & tested for the conformity with specifications for the quality parameters prior to their use.
