Research Scientist: MCCL

3-5+ years ; Manesar, Gurgaon

About The Role
The Research Scientist- MCCL is a key role at Premas. This is a fast paced team, and provides a huge opportunity to make an impact as we continue to grow and scale up.
You are hands on MCCL- not afraid to roll up your sleeve and get stuff done and approach your work with a people lens and a data-driven, analytical thinking.

What you’ll do
• To play an important role in the mammalian cell culture with respect to their areas of expertise and be an integral team member to complete the projects on time, with commitment.
• To design and plan experiments with respect to their work with the project manager (PM) and team members.
• To be involved in mammalian stable cell line development and expression analysis.
• To analyse the data from the observed results; data presentation and report preparation.
• To maintain various mammalian cell lines based on project requirement.
• Revival of cells, passaging and cryopreservation as per process SOP’s.
• To operate Bioreactor for the execution of specific projects.
• Supervising junior team members.
• Application Note writing
• To get involved in lab management and project management.

What you’ll need
• 3-5+ years of industrial experience post PhD
• Background in Mammalian Cell Culture
• Excellent Analytical & Presentation Skills
• Well versed with Microsoft Office

Skills & Knowledge Required
• Mammalian cell culture, Immunoblot, Gelatin zymography, PCR, Immunoprecipitation, PLGA nanoparticle preparation, Fluorescence microscopy, TIRF, Quantum dot-antibody imaging, SEM, AFM, Spectrophotometry, Spectrofluorimetry, Enzyme kinetics
